Return Policy

Online orders must be shipped back 14 days after they were received. We have the right to refuse any returns after the 14 day period. Simplicity in Mind is not responsible to cover any return shipping charges. Full refund of original purchase will be given once the package is received. To be eligible for return, the merchandise must be in the same condition it was purchased: unworn, unwashed, and free of damage. FINAL SALE items include: cosmetics, skin care, candles, handbags, jewelry, and sale merchandise.
